Lately, I've really been wanting a puppy . . . well, I've actually been wanting some of my friends to get a puppy so I can play with it but not have the responsibilities of taking care of it. After failing at convincing them to adopt one, I have resorted to taking care of plants.
Two days ago when I got home from work, it appeared as though my pansies had died. I was devastated, but I held out hope and moved them to some shade and gave them lots of water. Today I was overjoyed to see that they just might be coming back to life. Yay! I'll keep everyone updated on this dire matter . . .

Hooray for resurrection and the glorious Colorado shade! I love the new additions to our front porch. They make me very happy!
They look great to me! I TOO am trying to keep a plant alive right now to prove that I can be a responsible human being. After I pass this test perhaps I'll move on to a pet or a child.
