stereotypes
This morning, as I was walking to work, I saw a nice, new Lexis pull up in front of a coffee shop. Of course, if you live in the midwest or anywhere else in the country, you would most likely expect a nicely dressed business man to emerge from the car. But not in Boulder. Instead, the driver was an older man with dreads down to his ankles. Seriously--they were down to his ankles. I literally laughed out loud, realizing it was the perfect illustration of the type of people that seem to dominate this city: rich hippies.
